And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

Cain was the first one to build a city. The reason why Cain built a city was to protect him and his family from being murdered. Since Cain placed the curse upon himself by killing Abel, he knew that his days were numbered. Therefore, he named the city after his son Enoch. Enoch means "dedicated." Cain dedicated this city to his son to carry on the lineage because Cain was in fear of losing his life after receiving the mark and departing from God's presence.
Numerical Breakdown: (4) To stay in God's Word, spend time with your spouse. (8) Choose to have a new beginning in God in order to conceive. (3) Stay in the Spirit in order to conceive. (1) To stay in the anointing, keep building. (7) To be complete, realize that everything is called by a name.
