After the extinction of the dinosaurs, God makes the command for mammals to be created at the beginning of this modern age. Notice that the mammals were to be brought forth from the earth, while the dinosaurs originally evolved from the command in verse 20 to be brought forth out of the water for the purpose of eventually evolving into birds. Once the process was complete, then the command was given in verse 22 for the dinosaurs and the reptilian creatures in that previous era to cease to exist. With the command for the mammals to be brought forth from the earth means that they would be able to exist upon this earth. That statement is true because mammals are still upon the earth.
Numerical Analysis: The numerical pattern for this verse is 1,6,7,2,4. (1) To stay in the anointing, listen to what God says. (6) To expose evil, choose to be productive. (7) To be complete, remain unified. (2) To be delivered, stop being a creep. (4) To stay in God's Word, stop acting like an animal.
