Sharia law and degradation of women

Let's take a journey and find out whether or not sharia law degrades women.  Some important tenets of sharia law are found in the Islamic text known as the Sahih al-Bukhari.  The book is a narrative of what Mohammed said.  These statements by Mohammed have been used to implement sharia law for over 1,300 years.  Here's a few excerpts.

"I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful."  (Vol. 1, Book 2, Hadith 28).

In this text, Mohammed states that most of the Muslim women do not deserve a pleasant afterlife.  That sounds pretty degrading.

In funerals, women are "forbidden to mourn for more than three days except for their husbands."  (Vol. 1, Book 23, Hadith 369).

The minds of women are so manipulated by Muslim men that Muslim women are forced to mourn only for three days.  That's degrading.

"A man may dislike his wife and intend to divorce her,"  (Vol. 1, Book 43, Hadith 630).

Muslim men control their Muslim wives as sharia law allows for the men to divorce their wives at any time for any reason.  That's really degrading.

"Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man? ... This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind."  (Vol. 1, Book 48, Hadith 826).

Muslims believe that Muslim women are twice as dumb as Muslim men.  Sharia law states that the woman's mind is deficient.  That's extremely degrading.

In Vol.1, Book 49, Hadith 860, it describes the judgment for adultery under sharia law.  The man receives 100 lashes and is exiled for a year, while the woman is stoned to death.  Why does the woman receive a harsher punishment under sharia law?  The reason is that sharia law intentionally degrades women.
